✦ DESCRIPTION:
In the backdrop of a typical Swiss traditional cheese factory, come and enjoy a cheese-making demonstration in Leysin! Then enjoy a warm meal with authentic flavors in a 17th century country cottage! For all cheese lovers, this event is for you! We will travel to Leysin by train and enjoy exceptional dishes while attending the prowess of a master and cheese expert who will entrust us with his secrets of yesteryear…
On the menu:
- Cheese crust (vegetarian) OR Chalet’s macaroni (with ham) + green salad
- Meringue with double cream
- Drinks are at your expense
P.S.: If you are lactose or/and gluten intolerant, coming to this event may not be a good idea ;)

Dans l’envers du décor d’une véritable fromagerie traditionnelle typiquement suisse, venez assister à une démonstration de fabrication artisanale de fromage à Leysin! Cela sera suivi par une dégustation d'un chaleureux repas aux saveurs authentiques dans un chalet rustique datant du 17e siècle! Pour tous les amateurs et amatrices de fromage, cet évènement est fait pour vous! Nous nous rendrons à Leysin en train et dégusterons des mets d’exceptions tout en assistant aux prouesses d’un maître et expert fromager qui nous confiera ses secrets d’antan…
Au menu du jour :
- Croûte au fromage (végétarien) OU Macaroni du Chalet (avec jambon) + salade verte
- Meringue double crème
- Boissons à vos frais
P.S.: Si tu es intolérant(e) au lactose et/ou au gluten, venir à cet évènement n’est peut-être pas une bonne idée ;)
