Below are the initial instructions that we recommend you follow before ticket sales open:

Step 1: Create a Telegram account and tell us your USERNAME: 

Before registering, you need to create a Telegram account. We recommend that you do this before the day of registration, as it may take a few minutes.

To register for the Welcome Week, you must download the Telegram application and create a username, which will be required when filling the registration form (note that a username will not be generated automatically for you when you create a Telegram account). 

This username is important for us to put you in a Telegram group with other Erasmus students, who will be your teammates for the week. Without this username, you cannot be assigned to a team and participate in the different activities organized. You will participate and compete with your team in the daily events organized throughout the week. Moreover, most of our communication will be done through your team’s channel. 

How to create a username: Telegram app -> Settings -> Edit -> Username

⚠️Please do not set your account to private mode or we will not be able to add you to your team group.

Make sure this is done before registrations, or you will lose a lot of time doing so and spots may be gone by the time you have your username.

 

Step 2 Registration:

You’ll be able to create your registration account starting Monday, August 11th at 13:00 (UTC+2).

⚠️ Ticket sales open on Tuesday, August 12th at 13:00 (UTC+2) and will close on Monday, August 25th. ⚠️

Here’s how the registration process works:

The registration link will be available on our website (ESN UNIL + ESN EPFL) and will also be sent to you by email along with all the necessary information.

 

Important Dates:

- Registration opens: Monday, August 11

- Payments open: Tuesday, August 12

We’ve separated registration and payment to give you time to review all the options and complete the form before making a purchase.

The form may take a few minutes to fill out because we ask you to provide a lot of information. You’ll be asked to provide personal details, information about food allergies, and other relevant data that will help us organize the event effectively.

This data will only be accessible to the organising committee of the Welcome Week and will never be transmitted to third parties. 

Finally, please making sure the desired packages were correctly selected on the summary.

Account & Form Information:

Please note that you will first be taken to an intermediate page where you’ll be asked to submit your email address. Once submitted, you will receive a personal link by email giving you access to the registration and event selection page.

If you wish to save your selection and come back to pay the next day (when payments open on August 12), you must log in using the same email address. This will ensure that your basket is saved and accessible for final payment.

Please be aware that only one registration is allowed per email address.

As soon as you have filled in everything, you can pay by credit card online or by Twint. If you pay by card, your purchases are reserved for 15 minutes until payment.

Please note that once your tickets are purchased, no refund is possible.

Important: Spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
