Below are the initial instructions that we recommend you follow before ticket sales open

Before registering, you need to create a Telegram account. We recommend that you do this before the day of registration, as it may take a few minutes.

To register for the Welcome Week, you must download the Telegram application and create a username, which will be required when filling the registration form (note that a username will not be generated automatically for you when you create a Telegram account, see the information below for more details on how to create a username). 

This username is important for us to put you in a Telegram group with other exchange students, who will be your teammates for the week. Without this username, you cannot be assigned to a team and participate in the different activities organized. You will participate and compete with your team in the daily events organized throughout the week. Moreover, most of our communication will be done through your team’s channel.

How to create a Telegram username: open the Telegram app, go to “Settings”, click on “Edit” (usually in the top right corner of the screen), go to “Username” and pick your username :)

VERY IMPORTANT : Please do not set your account to private mode or we will not be able to add you to your team group.

Make sure this is done before registrations, or you will lose a lot of time doing so and spots may be gone by the time you have your username.
