Thought you couldn’t discover Switzerland while at home? Well as you all know, because Switzerland also has majestic food. Through the infamous RÖSTIS, you will virtually visit 3 Swiss “cantons”, as each of them has their own way of doing these delicious fried potato pancakes!

Indeed, a Zoom meeting will be created, where we will all do the recipes together! All you need is to come prepared with the following ingredients:

(For 2 people:)
500 gr potatoes (medium-sized), PARBOILED 10-15 min
1 onion
Hard swiss cheese (Emmental, Raclette, Tilsit, Appenzeller work fine)
2 eggs
For non-vegetarian people: “lardons”/bacon
(Bonus for vegetarians/vegans: 1 leek)
Salt, pepper, oil

P.S. Don’t worry, due to quarantine Gordon Ramsay will not be able to come at your home to yell at you.

Tu pensais ne plus pouvoir découvrir la Suisse confiné à la maison ? Comme vous le savez tous, la Suisse est aussi réputée pour sa gastronomie. A travers les célèbres röstis, tu pourras visiter virtuellement 3 cantons suisses, chacun d’eux ayant leur propre façon de faire ces délicieuses galettes !

En effet, on organisera un meeting Zoom dans lequel on fera tous les recettes en même temps. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est d’être préparé avec ces ingrédients:

(Pour 2 personnes):
500 gr pommes de terre (taille moyenne), BOUILLIES 10-15 min
1 oignon
Du fromage suisse à pâte dure (Emmental, Raclette, Tilsit, Appenzeller feront l’affaire)
2 oeufs
Pour les non-végétariens : lardons
(Bonus pour végétariens/vegans : 1 poireau)
Sel, poivre, huile
