You really enjoyed the first international dinner and already miss it ?! Don’t worry, the second edition is just around the corner! Let us introduce International Dinner 2.0 laugh. This event will consist of 5 dinners organized by groups of exchange students:
1)France & Germany: Pauline, Margaux, Laura
Starter: endive salad
Main: aspargus, potatoes and vegetables
Dessert: german Milchreis
2)France: Mathilde, Alice, Justine
Starter: warm goat cheese toast
Main: Quiche Lorraine (or vegi alternative) and salad
Dessert: crêpes and chocolate cake
Drinks: wine and cider
3)Germany: Nele, Leonie, Markus
Starter: obazda (traditional bavarian cheese) with a variety of german bread.
Main: Knödel Dreierlei with three different sauces.
Dessert: Kaiserschmarrn with apple sauce
4)Serbia, Spain & UK: Natasa, Flora, Helena
Starter: spanish tapas (vegetarian)
Main: stuffed peppers and special serbian potatoes
Dessert: fruit crumble
Drinks: sangria
5)Germany: Jule, Anna, Bruno
Starter: Maultaschen soup
Main: Spätzle with mushroom sauce and red cabbage
Dessert: Wickelkranz with ice cream
