QUOI : Un weekend fou au cœur de la Forêt Noire en Allemagne
QUAND : Du vendredi 25 au dimanche 27 novembre (tu devras peut-être manquer des cours ! A toi de faire le "bon choix" ;))
PRIX :
> CHF 160.- avec la carte ESN
> CHF 165.- sans la carte ESN
> CHF 185.- pour les externes (non étudiants, doctorants)
Sont inclus dans le prix :
> Les frais de transport (à partir de Lausanne)
> Les 2 nuits en chambres de 1 à 3 personnes à l'hôtel St. Anna (hôtel-spa 3 étoiles) avec accès illimité au spa et à la piscine
> Tous les repas sauf l'International Dinner (pour lequel nous comptons sur ta contribution ;) )
> Toutes les activités durant le weekend

Chez ESN on a essayé de choisir entre : un international dinner, une randonnée, une séance cinéma, de la gastronomie, un spa, de la détente, une grosse soirée, un fitness, des boissons, une piscine, des jeux, des concours et des visites. Mais on n’a pas réussi à se décider, alors on a tout gardé pour vous organiser le grand week-end ESN au cœur de la forêt noire en Allemagne. Un week-end où tout le monde trouvera son compte !!!!
Nous nous rendrons tout d’abord à Olten en train, puis un bus nous emmènera jusqu’en Allemagne où nous serons logés dans un grand Hôtel-Spa 3 étoiles. Tous les repas ainsi que le transport sont inclus dans le prix !!!! Mais surtout… l'hôtel et le spa seront TOTALEMENT réservés pour ESN.
Tu penses que ce n’est pas réaliste ? Détrompes-toi. Viens avec ta motivation et ta bonne humeur, et nous nous chargerons de rendre tout ça possible ;) Rejoins-nous donc pour le plus grand événement de cette fin d’année. Cela se passera du 25 au 27 novembre et les places sont limitées, donc ne perds pas de temps et viens t’inscrire. ;)
INSCRIPTIONS:
Les inscriptions commencent le lundi 7 Novembre à midi et se terminent le 15 novembre.
> EPFL : inscription à l’Agepoly (http://plan.epfl.ch/?room=MEC1398.1)
> UNIL : au bureau ESN UNIL, Anthropole 1128.1, entre 12h et 13h
> CHUV : au bureau de l'AEML (08.500), entre 12h15 et 13h10, les mardis et jeudis.
Assure-toi d’avoir la somme exacte pour être sûr de pouvoir t'inscrire. Les places sont limitées à 30 par école. ATTENTION : Pas de remboursement possible en cas de désistement.
A PRENDRE AVEC TOI :
> Un pique-nique pour le vendredi midi
> Une tenue de sport et un maillot de bain
> Tout ce que tu estimes nécessaire pour un weekend dans un hôtel-spa
> De quoi concocter un délicieux plat durant l'International Dinner de vendredi soir
DIVERS: De plus amples informations suivront bientôt. Toutefois, nous partirons certainement de la gare de Lausanne le vendredi 25 novembre aux alentours de 10h00 et le retour se fera le dimanche en soirée.

Hello to all,
We couldn’t choose between the following choices : hiking, cinema, food, spa, contest with prizes, international dinner, chill, fitness, drink, games, visit a new place, social bonding, themed parties. So we decided to keep all of them to organized an ESN weekend in the Black Forest!!! Yes, you heard right. A weekend where everyone can find an activity to suit their needs!
We will go from Lausanne to Olten by train then to the Black Forest by bus. We will stay in a great Hotel-Spa in the middle of the Black Forest. All the meals and transportation will be provided. And the hotel premises have been booked for the exclusive use of ESN! We won’t have any time restrictions of using the spa or other facilities, as well as to party! For every mood we will have an option. You name it, we have planned it. ;-)
It’s impossible you say?? Think again. You may say we are dreamers, but we are not the only ones ;) We can make this possible! Join us for the greatest event of the end of this year. It will be from 25th to 27th November and the only limit we have for this event is the places available ;)

Registrations are open from Monday, November 7th to November 15th.

> UNIL : at the ESN UNIL office, Anthropole 1128.1, between 12 and 1 pm
> CHUV : at AEML office (08.500), between 12.15 and 1.10 pm, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Please take note no refund will be offered if you cancel your participation.
FURTHER INFO : Updates will follow shortly but we’ll probably leave Lausanne Train station around 10:00 AM on Friday 25th November, ad we’ll be coming back on Sunday evening.
