Once you receive a confirmation email, you will have 3 DAYS to pay us.
* EPFL students : in front of the AGEPOLY office, from Wednesday 07.03 to Friday 09.03, between 12 and 1 pm.
* UNIL students : at our office, Anthropole 1128.1, between 07.03.2018 and 09.03.2018, from 12 to 1 pm
* CHUV students : at AEML office, 08.500, on 08.03.2018 between 12 and 1 pm.
* HEP students : Once you receive a confirmation email you can pay through e-banking using the following IBAN : CH6109000000177697131 and stating the following in the motive of payment : *event name*, your name and surname and the following code : HEPA17. Your registration will only be valid if you pay before Friday 1st of December 2017. Payment through e-banking is reserved for HEP students exclusively (any other attempt to pay through banking will not qualify as a valid registration).
WARNING: If you register with the form and don't pay, you will loose your spot and you won't have the priority for upcoming ESN events.

Hey guys!
Here comes the amazing second (and unfortunately, last) ski week-end of the year! This is not an opportunity you want to miss! We're taking you to Torgon, a lovely ski resort!
What are we going to do during the week end ? Have FUN. You will be on the slopes for 2 full days of skiing but you'll also take part in many activities and -last but definitely not least- one CRAZY party which theme is gonna be announced very soon.
The total price includes:
- Round trip transportation by bus from Lausanne
- Accommodation
- Ski passes for 2 days
- All the week-end activities
- Meals (snacks, saturday dinner, breakfast and lunch on Sunday) and drinks
You will have to bring with you:
- a pic-nic for saturday lunch
- a sleeping bag (+ pillowcase)
- a towel
- slippers (no shoes allowed in the chalet!)
- your ski/snowboard equipment and sun protection
- your disguise for the party

There will be NO LESSONS for beginners.

Voici venue l’heure du week end que l'on attendait tous : il s'agit bien sûr du week end de ski qui aura lieu à Torgon! Il s'agit du dernier week end de ski organisé par ESN prévu ce semestre donc il ne faut absolument pas le rater! Soyez rassurés, vos comités ESN UNIL & EPFL donnent tout ce qu'ils ont pour vous préparer un week end dont vous vous souviendrez pendant longtemps!
Qu'est ce qu'on va faire pendant le week end? Rigoler, skier, rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et surtout bien en profiter. Le prix comprend 2 jours complets de ski. Sont également compris les repas, les activités ainsi que - à ne surtout pas oublier - une soirée MÉMORABLE qui vous attendent là bas. Le thème pour la soirée vous sera annoncé tout bientôt donc on compte sur vous pour être déguisé en conséquence.
En résumé le prix comprend:
- le transport aller-retour en car depuis Lausanne
- le logement
- toutes les activités du week-end
- les forfaits de ski des 2 jours
- les repas (snacks, souper du samedi, déjeuner et dîner du dimanche) et les boissons
De votre côté, il vous faudra amener
- un pic-nic pour samedi midi à manger sur les pistes
- votre sac de couchage (+ taie d'oreiller)
- linge/serviette et affaires de toilettes
- chaussons/pantoufles (pas de chaussures dans le chalet!)
- votre matériel de ski/snowboard et de la crème solaire
- vos déguisements pour 1 soirée

Il n'y aura PAS DE COURS pour les débutants.
Le nombre de place est limité, premier venu premier servi comme on dit.

Concernant la location du matériel (ski/snowboard), il est préférable de louer à Lausanne.
