✦ TICKET REFUND:

Tickets are non-refundable by default. We reserve the sole right to decide whether a refund may be granted, in particular in the event of a cancellation or a significant modification of the event. No refund may be claimed in case of change of mind, absence, illness, personal impediment, or for any other reason. Likewise, no transfer of payment or ticket to another event will be permitted.

 

You can, however, resell your ticket to someone else. To do so, follow the steps below.

2. Make sure this person has the same transportation passes as you (if transportation is included in the event)

3. Make the transaction
