Hi sports fans (or people who just want to have fun)!

We are very happy to present you one of the most exciting ESN events of the semester : the International Erasmus Games !

Form your team and play against other exchange students in 3 different sports: basketball, volleyball and futsal. The best teams will be sent to the national round (6th-8th April), during which Lausanne will welcome students from all over Switzerland for a weekend of sports and festivities. The Swiss champions will win the chance to compete for glory in Niš, Serbia. But it's not about winning, it's about coming together and having fun. So, even if you're "not good at sports", join us for ESN's biggest and most dynamic sporting event!

WHAT : Erasmus Games Local Round

WHEN : Saturday 31st March 2018, 9:00-19:00

PRICE :
- with ESNcard: 5CHF per person
- without ESNcard: 10CHF per person

FOR WHOM : all exchange students and buddies

REGISTRATION:
* UNIL students : 19th to the 27th of March at ESN UNIL office (Anthropole 1128.1) from 12 to 1 pm.
* EPFL students : Tickets will be sold from the 19th to the 27th of March on the esplanade in front of the Agepoly office (not inside) from 12 to 1 pm.
* CHUV students : at AEML office, 08.500, on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12 and 1 pm.
* HEP students : Send an email to ieg@esn.ch to register. Once you receive a confirmation email you can pay through e-banking using the following IBAN : CH6109000000177697131 and stating the following in the motive of payment : "Erasmus Games Lausanne", your name and surname and the following code : HEPP17. Your registration will only be valid if you pay before 24th of March 2018. Payment through e-banking is reserved for HEP students exclusively (any other attempt to pay through banking will not qualify as a valid registration).

MEETING POINT: 8:30 in front of the UNIL-EPFL Sports Center

WHAT TO BRING:
- Appropriate sports clothes
- Non-marking indoor shoes
- Picnic for lunch
- A bottle of water
- Your good mood :)

TEAMS:
The teams consist of:
- futsal: 5 players, MIN 1 girl
- basketball: 3 players (men and women separate)
- volleyball: 6 players, MIN 2 girls
- each team can have MAX 2 substitutes.
- you can register with a complete team or sign up individually
- every person can play up to 2 different sports
- minimum of 50% of exchange students per team

Salut les fans de sport (ou les gens qui veulent juste passer un bon moment) !

Nous sommes très heureux de vous présenter l'un des plus grands événements ESN de ce semestre : les International Erasmus Games !

Forme ton équipe et joue à 3 sports différents contre des autres étudiants en échange: basketball, volley et futsal. Les meilleures équipes seront envoyées au tournoi national (6-8 avril) où Lausanne accueillera des étudiants de toute la Suisse pour un weekend de sport et de festivités. Les champions Suisses gagneront la chance de jouer pour la gloire à Niš, en Serbie. Mais gagner n'est pas important, le plus important c'est de se retrouver et de s'amuser. Donc même si tu es "nul en sports", rejoins nous pour le plus grand et le plus dynamique événement de sport d'ESN.

* Étudiants HEP : Envoyez un mail à ieg@esn.ch pour vous inscrire. Sur réception du mail de confirmation vous pouvez payer par e-banking en utilisant l'IBAN suivant : CH6109000000177697131 et en indiquant les informations suivantes dans le motif de paiement : "Erasmus Games Lausanne", prénom, nom et le code suivant : HEPP18. Votre inscription ne sera valide que si vous payez avant le 24 mars 2018. *** Le paiement par e-banking est réservé aux étudiants HEP uniquement (tout autre tentative de paiement par e-banking ne vaudra pas inscription)

EQUIPES:
Les équipes sont composées de:
- futsal: 5 joueurs, MIN 1 femme
- basketball: 3 joueurs (hommes et femmes séparés)
- vollebyall: 6 joueurs, MIN 2 femmes
- chaque équipe peut avoir MAX 2 substituts
- tu peux t'inscrire par équipe ou individuellement
- chaque personne peut jouer jusqu'à deux sports
- minimum de 50% d'étudiants en échange par équipe
