WHAT : Weekend in the Italian part of Switzerland. That’s where the Swiss usually go to refill their sun reservoirs. Our chalet is situated directly on the Lugano lake which allows us to jump directly into the lake from our terrace. On the programm: Sightseeing in Lugano, International Dinner, BBQ party, panorama hike, visit of Bellinzona.
WHEN : Leaving on Friday, 26th of may (around 8 am) and coming back on sunday, 28th of may around 8 pm.
WHO : The event is mainly for EPFL & UNIL exchange students. However, we accept a certain number of EPFL & UNIL students and externs, so you may bring your friends with you.
PRICE:
* CHF 145.- for exchange students
* CHF 150.- for EPFL/UNIL students
* CHF 160.- for externs (no student, doctorant, ...)
* 10.- discount for ESN card holders
INCLUDES:
- All the transportation (bus, boat)
- Accomodation (2 nights in our vacation house)
- Visits of Lugano, Bellinzona and panoramic hike on saturday
- All the meals except International Dinner (you are supposed to bring something from your country. You can use the kitchen to prepare it!)

REGISTRATION:
*EPFL students : from May 15th to May 18th at the Agepoly office (EPFL) between 12 and 1 pm.
*UNIL students: at our ESN UNIL office (Anthropole 1128.1) from Monday, May 15th until Thursday, May 18th, between 12 and 1 pm
*HEP students : send us an email at webmaster@unil.esn.ch and we will send you the PayPal form. You will need a credit card for this transaction. Please also indicate if you have the ESN card or not. Take note that the spots for the HEP will be attributed on a first sent first served basis.
* CHUV students : at the AEML office (08.500) on Thurday, May 16th and Tuesday, May 18th between 12 and 1.15 pm.

* ESN Card: Please note that your ESNCard needs to have your name and an image on it, otherwise we will not accept it.

Join us for our AMAZING weekend in Ticino during the ascension.
For this weekend, we will leave on Friday morning 26th May by bus together. We’ll arrive in Lugano, the main city of Ticino, which you will be able discover with the help of the ESN guides and have some free time. Then, to arrive at the chalet, we’ll take a boat. The chalet is surrounded by forest and lake, so the view is beautiful! The evening, we will enjoy an International Dinner together and have a party with a special theme, which you’ll discover later. On Saturday, we’ll go for a panoramic walk near the Italian Border and have a themed BBQ party in the evening. On Sunday, we’ll clean the rooms and take the boat again. We’ll go to Bellinzona to visit the city and its beautiful castle and have a lunch. We’ll come back around 8pm.
Come and register between May 15th and May 18th. The spots are limited so sign-up quickly at Agepoly for EPFL students or at UNIL office (Anthropole) for UNIL students.

QUOI : Un week-end de 3 jours dans la partie italienne de la Suisse. C’est l’endroit où les Suisses ont l’habitude d’aller remplir à nouveau leur réservoir de soleil! Notre chalet est situé directement sur lac de Lugano, ce qui nous autorise à sauter directement de notre terrasse dans le lac. Au programme : visite de Lugano, International Dinner, parties, BBQ, marche panoramique et visite de Bellinzone
QUAND : du vendredi 26 mai (aux alentours dès 8 heures) au dimanche 28 mai (aux alentours dès 19-20 heures)
PRIX :
* 145.- pour les étudiants en échange
* 150.- pour les étudiants UNIL/EPFL

QUI : l’événement est principalement pour les étudiants UNIL et EPFL en échange. Cependant, nous acceptons un certain nombre d’étudiants ou externes de l’UNIL ou EPFL, donc vous pouvez inviter votre ami.

Salut,
Rejoins-nous pour notre INCROYABLE week-end de trois jours au Tessin pendant l’ascension.
Pour ce week-end, nous partirons vendredi matin 26 mai en bus tous ensemble. Tout d'abord, nous arrivons à Lugano, la ville principale du Tessin, que tu pourras découvrir avec nos guides ESN et profiter d'un peu de temps libre. Ensuite, pour arriver au chalet, nous prendrons un bateau. Le chalet est entouré par le lac et la forêt, dont la vue est magnifique ! Le soir, nous profiterons d’une International Dinner ensemble et aurons une fête avec un thème spécial que nous annoncerons prochainement. Samedi matin, nous irons faire une marche panoramique près de la frontière italienne. Le soir, nous profiterons d'un délicieux BBQ qui sera suivi d'une deuxième fête avec un thème spécial églaement. Le dimanche matin, nous rangerons les chambres et prendrons le bateau à nouveau. Nous irons visiter la magnifique ville et le château principal de Bellinzona et dînerons ensemble. Nous rentrerons à Lausanne aux alentours des 8 heures.
Ne rates pas ce week-end incroyable et vient t'inscrire à partir du lundi 15 mai jusqu’au jeudi 18 mai. Les places sont limitées, donc vient signer rapidement à l’Agepoly pour les étudiants de l’EPFL et au bureau de l’Unil à l’Anthropole pour les étudiants de l’Unil.
