Welcome to Lausanne !
You’ve just arrived and only know a couple of people or maybe you’ve been here for a while and want to meet more fellow exchange students? What better way to get to know the people you will spend your time in Switzerland with than a “speed-friending” and a traditional Swiss dinner: Fondue. The idea is simple: First you are paired with someone for some minutes, during which time you can talk about where you’re from, what you study, your favourite movie or music, or our bonus random topic that we will give you for each round. After the time is up, you move on to the next person, and so on and so on. After that there will be some group activities, where you can get to know some people a bit better. To round it up you will eat a Swiss Fondue with all your new friends!
So come along and meet some new friends !

Bienvenu(e) à Lausanne !
Tu viens d’arriver et tu ne connais que quelques personnes ou peut-être que tu es ici depuis un moment mais tu aimerais rencontrer d’autres étudiants en échange et des locaux ? Quoi de mieux qu’un “speed-friending” pour faire connaissance avec les personnes avec qui tu passeras ton séjour en Suisse. Le principe est simple : nous te mettrons avec quelqu’un pendant 2-3min et durant ce temps vous pourrez discuter d’où vous venez, ce que vous étudiez, votre film ou musique préférée, ou notre sujet bonus qu’on nommera à chaque tour. Après que votre temps se soit écoulé, vous passez à la personne suivante et ainsi de suite. Après ça, tu feras des activités en groupe et pour finir tu pourras manger une fondue avec tous tes nouveaux amis!
Alors venez seulement rencontrer de nouveaux et nouvelles ami(e)s!
