WHAT : Nighttime sleigh ride, fondue, and mulled wine in the Swiss Alps

WHEN : Friday, February 22nd 2019 (4-11.30pm)

WHERE : Meeting point at 4pm, Extranef parking on UNIL campus

PRICE : 10 CHF only!

REGISTRATION :
UNIL students : At our office, Anthropole 1128.1, from Monday, February 4th to Tuesday, February 19th between 12 and 1 pm.
Special sales will be organized on Orientation Day for new incoming students at ESN Uni Lausanne booth (15 February).


Dear exchange students,

Why did you choose Lausanne as your exchange destination? We know it's not for our expensive cost of living, or our super tight real estate market (if you haven't experienced these two things, you will soon enough!). No, our strength lies in the power of cheese and mountains, and that's exactly what SASME is offering you!

We will take a bus to the Diablerets resort in the Swiss Alps, have a glass of mulled wine, take a ski lift up the mountain, have a delicious traditional Swiss fondue, and finally sleigh our way through the night down to the bus which will take us all back to Lausanne by 11.30pm latest.


IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS !!!
a) Please bring your ID when you come to register
b) Winter has come to Switzerland already, so please wear appropriate clothes: snow boots, gloves, scarves, etc.
c) If the weather is too bad, the event will be cancelled and you will get a refund; the event will be postponed to March 1st

INSCRIPTIONS :
UNIL : à notre bureau, Anthropole 1128.1, du lundi 4 février au mardi 19 février entre 12h et 13h.
Une vente spéciale aura lieu à notre stand le vendredi 15 février pendant la journée d'accueil pour les nouveaux étudiants en échange.

ATTENTION: Cet événement est organisé par le service de la mobilité de l'UNIL (SASME); il n'est donc ouvert qu'aux étudiants en échange de l'UNIL. Désolé!

Chers étudiants en échange,

Pourquoi avoir choisi Lausanne comme destination? On sait bien que ça n'est pas pour notre coût de la vie mirobolant, ni pour la difficulté à trouver un appartement abordable (si tu n'en as pas encore fait l'expérience, ça viendra bien assez tôt!). Non, notre force réside en le pouvoir du fromage et des montagnes, et c'est exactement ce que le SASME te propose!

Nous prendrons le bus pour la station des Diablerets dans les Alpes suisses, avant de déguster un verre de vin chaud et de monter en télésiège pour goûter à une délicieuse fondue traditionnelle; finalement, nous descendrons dans la nuit et la neige en luge, pour reprendre le bus qui nous ramènera à Lausanne à 23h30 au plus tard.

INFOS IMPORTANTES!!!
a) Prière de prendre ton passeport ou carte d'identité avec toi lors de l'inscription
b) L'hiver est déjà arrivé en Suisse, alors n'oublie pas de te munir d'habits appropriés: bottes de neige, gants, bonnets, etc.
c) En cas de mauvais temps, l'événement sera annulé et remboursé; il sera déplacé au 1er mars
