Greetings hike enthusiasts!
We are thrilled to invite you to join us on an incredible weekend in the picturesque car-free town of Zermatt, Switzerland. This event is perfect for those who wish to marvel at the beauty of the Swiss Alps, enjoy scenic hikes, and capture stunning photos of the iconic Matterhorn.
On Saturday we will do a winter hike that follows a part of the 5 lacs trail giving beautiful views on the matterhorn. The hike is about 800m ascent and 14km long, considered challenging. (We will also include an option of going back down in the cable for a +15 CHF higher price).
After the hike we will come back to the Hostel to have a nice 3 course dinner with the option to hang out after at a bar (or even a club ) in town for the motivated ones.
Sunday we will do an easier hike around Zermatt. However, we might also propose a harder hike lower in the valley for the more motivated.
Take good shoes and cover yourself well.
