REGISTRATION :
> UNIL students : at our office, Anthropole 1128.1, between 09.10 and 12.10 from 12 to 1 pm
> EPFL students: in front of AGEPoly from 09.10 to 12.10 between 12 and 1 pm
> CHUV students : at AEML office, 08.500, Tuesday 10.10 and Thursday 12.10 between 12 and 1 pm
> HEP students : First send an email to president@unil.esn.ch stating your wish to register and the name of the event. Once you receive a confirmation email you can pay through e-banking using the following IBAN : CH6109000000177697131 and stating the following in the motive of payment : *event name*, your name and surname and the following code : HEPA17. Your registration will only be valid if you pay at least 2 days prior to the event. *** Payment through e-banking is reserved for HEP students exclusively (any other attempt to pay through banking will not qualify as a valid registration).

Oktoberfest might be over in Munich but let's dive right back into it! Come dressed up as much as you can and have a good time with us. We will start off in a more traditional Bavarian style followed by DJ BNZ who will usher us into the rest of the evening!

INSCRIPTIONS :
> Etudiants UNIL : à notre bureau, Anthropole 1128.1, du 09.10 au 12.10, entre 12h et 13h
> Etudiants EPFL : devant l'agepoly du 09.10 au 12.10 entre 12h et 13h
> Étudiants CHUV : au bureau de l’AEML, 08.500, le mardi 10.10 et le jeudi 12.10 entre 12h et 13h
> Étudiants HEP : Dans un premier temps envoyez un mail à president@unil.esn.ch en indiquant votre volonté de vous inscrire et le nom de l’évènement. Sur réception du mail de confirmation vous pouvez payer par e-banking en utilisant l’IBAN suivant : CH61 0900 0000 1776 9713 1 et les informations suivantes dans le motif de paiement : *nom de l’évènement*, nom, prénom et enfin le code suivant : HEPA17. Votre inscription ne sera valide que si vous vous inscrivez au minimum 48h avant l’évènement.
*** Le paiement par e-banking est réservé aux étudiants HEP exclusivement (le paiement par des étudiants hors-HEP ne vaudra pas inscription).

L’Oktoberfest est peut-être terminée à Munich, mais replongeons-nous y pour le plaisir ! Venez déguisés autant que vous le souhaitez pour un moment déjanté ! Nous commencerons dans un style bavarois plus traditionnel pour être portés ensuite par DJ BNZ jusqu’au bout de la nuit !
