WHAT: Awesome weekend in Lucerne
WHEN: From Saturday November 17th (8:15 AM in Lausanne train station main hall) to Sunday November 18th (7 PM at Lausanne train station)
Dear lovely Erasmus people,
ESN EPFL & EPFL UNIL invite you to spend a weekend in Lucerne, one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland! Don’t miss out on that!
Lucerne is located in central Switzerland, has its own lake and is surrounded by spectacular mountainous landscapes. It is the home of the myth of William Tell (the badass apple shooter) and the Swiss Confederation itself was founded there.
This weekend is a national ESN event, so we will meet other sections of ESN Switzerland (Zurich, Geneva, Bern, Lucerne and Olten) and have fun together (yay!).
NOTE: due to the limited number of participants, this event will be exclusively restricted to ESN card owners (you can still buy one, by the way).

· Exchange student: 105 CHF
· EPFL/UNIL student: 110 CHF
· No discount with half fare / track7
· Discount with AG/GA: - 30 CHF
Included:
· All travel costs (round-trip Lausanne-Lucerne + transport within Lucerne)
· One night in a bunker in Lucerne
· All the meals (1 dinner, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch) except Saturday lunch
· City tour and rally

· Hike to mount Rigi (on Sunday) – Easy level

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email. If the maximum number of participants was reached before you could register, you will be placed on the waiting list.
As soon as you get the confirmation, your place will be booked and you can go pay (see below). But please do wait for the confirmation.
For those who are on the waiting list, we will tell you by email if we find a place for you but we cannot make sure everyone gets one.
2) Pay by coming to one of our stands:
-EPFL students: at Agepoly from Monday October 29th to Friday November 2nd between 12 AM and 1 PM. Find us there: http://plan.epfl.ch/?room=MEC1398.1
-UNIL students: at UNIL office, Anthropole 1128.1, from Monday October 29th to Friday November 2nd between 12 AM and 1 PM
-CHUV students : at AEML office (08.500), on Thursday November 1st between 12:10 AM and 1:15 PM
-HEP students :
First register through the form. Once you receive a confirmation email you can pay through e-banking using the following IBAN : CH61 0900 0000 1776 9713 1 and stating the following in the motive of payment : Luzern weekend, your name and surname and the following code : HEPA18. Your registration will only be valid if you pay at least 2 days prior to the event.
*** Payment through e-banking is reserved for HEP students exclusively (any other attempt to pay through banking will not qualify as a valid registration).
Also note that if you don't pay your place will not be guaranteed!
WHAT TO BRING:
· Picnic for Saturday lunch
· Warm clothes, mountain shoes, raincoat / windbreaker, sunglasses, etc…
· Backpack and water flask for Sunday hike
· Everything else you need for 1 weekend
PROGRAM:
On Saturday:
· Arrival to Lucerne ~ 11:45 AM
· Visit / Rally in the city
· Free time
· Mulled wine
· Dinner in Horw
· Party in a club
On Sunday:
· Hike at the outstanding Mount Rigi, called the Queen of The Mountains, and from which you have a great view over the “Vierwaldstättersee” (Lake Lucerne)

QUOI : Un incroyable week-end à Lucerne
QUAND : Du samedi 17 novembre (à 8h15 dans le hall central de la gare de Lausanne) au dimanche 18 novembre (19h à la gare de Lausanne)

ESN EPFL & ESN UNIL t'invitent à passer un weekend à Lucerne, l’une des plus belles villes de Suisse ! Ne rate pas ça !
Lucerne est situé en Suisse centrale, a son propre lac et est entourée de superbes paysages montagneux. C’est le berceau du mythe de Guillaume Tell (le shooter de pomme trop badass) et la Confédération Suisse elle-même a été fondée là-bas.
Ce week-end est un événement ESN national, donc on va rencontrer d’autres sections d’ESN Suisse (Zurich, Genève, Berne, Lucerne et Olten) et s’éclater tous ensemble (wouhou !).
NOTE : dû au nombre limité de participants, cet événement sera exclusivement restreint aux personnes possédant une carte ESN (tu peux toujours en acheter, d'ailleurs)

Une fois inscrit, tu vas recevoir un email de confirmation. Si le nombre maximum de participants est atteint avant ton inscription, tu seras placé sur liste d'attente.
Dès lors que tu reçois la confirmation, ta place sera réservée et tu pourras payer (voir en-dessous). Mais STP attends la confirmation.
Pour ceux qui sont sur la liste d'attente, on vous préviendra par email si on on trouve une place pour vous mais on ne peut pas garantir une place à tout le monde.

- Etudiants HEP : Dans un premier temps, inscris-toi sur le formulaire. Sur réception du mail de confirmation tu peux payer par e-banking en utilisant l'IBAN suivant : CH61 0900 0000 1776 9713 1 et les informations suivantes dans le motif de paiement : Lucerne Weekend, nom, prénom et enfin le code suivant : HEPA18. Ton inscription ne sera valide que si tu t'inscris au minimum 48h avant l'évènement.
*** Le paiement par e-banking est réservé aux étudiants HEP exclusivement (le paiement par des étudiants hors HEP ne vaudra pas inscription).
Aussi note que si tu ne paies pas ta place ne sera pas garantie!
