WHAT : Lunch at Boccalino restaurant, then Cultural Afternoon at Musée de l'Elysée

WHEN : Saturday, December 1st, from 12pm to 6pm (meeting point at 11:45am)

WHERE : Boccalino restaurant (Avenue d'Ouchy 76)

PRICE : you will have to pay your lunch but we'll get discounts on the pizza (the more people come the more interesting the discounts will be)

REGISTRATION :
*UNIL/EPFL students : at our office, Anthropole 1128.1, between 12pm and 1pm from Tuesday, November 27th to Friday, November 30th
*CHUV students : at AEML office, 08.500, on Tuesday, November 27th between 12:15pm and 1pm and Thursday November 29th between 12:15pm and 1pm

Dear exchange students!

Winter is coming but you don't want to stay home doing nothing?

Join us for an exciting afternoon that will make you forget about your daily duties : a lunch at Lausanne's Boccalino restaurant (with discounts), then a visit of the Musée de l'Elysée where you will discover the exhibitions of two different artists : "The Theatre of Appearances" by Liu Bolin (http://www.elysee.ch/en/exhibitions-and-events/expositions/liu-bolin/) and "An Act of Unspeakable Violence" by Matthias Bruggmann (http://www.elysee.ch/en/exhibitions-and-events/expositions/matthias-bruggmann/).

Then, if the weather is nice enough, we will spend some time in the Parc Olympique and at Ouchy port. Finally, we will have a drink together in a bar.

QUAND : Samedi 1 décembre, de 12h à 18h (rendez-vous à 11h45)

OÙ : Restaurant Boccalino (Avenue d'Ouchy 76)

PRIX : le repas est à votre charge mais il y a de bonnes réductions sur les pizzas (le plus de gens il y a le plus les réductions seront intéressantes)

*Etudiants UNIL/EPFL : à notre bureau, Anthropole 1128.1, du mardi 27 novembre au vendredi 30 novembre entre 12 et 13h
Cet événement est principalement destiné aux étudiants UNIL, mais les étudiants EPFL peuvent également venir s'inscrire à notre bureau
*Étudiants CHUV : au bureau de l’AEML, 08.500, le mardi 27 novembre entre 12h15 et 13h et le jeudi 29 novembre entre 12h15 et 13h.
