How to register

Below are the initial instructions that we recommend you follow before ticket sales open

Before registering, you need to install Telegram and create an account on the platform. We recommend that you do this before the day of registration, as it may take a few minutes.

Creating a Telegram account and username for communication

We use Telegram for communicating information about the events throughout the week, so we need you to download the app and create an account. You can do so by following this link.

When filling up the registration form, you will need to provide us with your Telegram username. This username is important for us to put you in a Telegram group with other exchange students, who will be your teammates for the week. Without this username, you cannot be assigned to a team and participate in the different activities organized. You will participate and compete with your team in the daily events organized throughout the week. Moreover, most of our communication will be done through your team’s channel.

Note that a Telegram username is not generated by default, so you need to follow these steps to create one for your account: open the Telegram app, go to “Settings”, click on “Edit” (usually in the top right corner of the screen), go to “Username” and pick your username.

VERY IMPORTANT : Please do not set your account to private mode or we will not be able to add you to your team group.
